We’re committed to delivering your AQUABOOM products safely and as quickly as possible. Our shipping network covers the United Arab Emirates, India, and International destinations worldwide. Each order is carefully packed to ensure quality and protection during transit.
🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2–3 Business Days
- Standard Shipping: AED 20.00 for orders below AED 100
- Free Delivery: For all orders of AED 101.00 and above
- Courier Partners: Local courier services (Aramex, Emirates Post, or similar)
- Tracking: A tracking link will be sent once the order is shipped.
Note: Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped from our UAE facility or partner network.
🇮🇳 Stickers — India
- Delivery Time: 5–7 Business Days (Standard Shipping)

- 0.1kg and up — AED 65.00
- 0.2kg–0.5kg — AED 100.00
- 0.5kg and up — AED 150.00
- Tracking: Available via e-mail once dispatch is confirmed.
Orders shipping to India are primarily for our Sticker Collection. Apparel and accessories for India-based customers are currently fulfilled from our international network.
🌍 International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 5–7 Business Days (Standard Shipping)

- 0.1kg and up — AED 65.00
- 0.2kg–0.5kg — AED 100.00
- 0.5kg and up — AED 150.00
- Availability: We currently ship to over 230 countries worldwide.
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Shipping times may vary based on the destination country and local postal processing. Tracking information will be shared once available.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order items (stickers, apparel, and mugs) may require 2–4 business days for production before shipping.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Tracking & Delivery
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via e-mail or SMS.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your item, please check with your building security, neighbor, or local post office.
- In rare cases of courier delay, allow up to 10 business days for delivery before raising a claim.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or restricted government locations in some countries.
- Remote area surcharges may apply; we’ll notify you before dispatch if applicable.
- Orders returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery will incur reshipment charges.
Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping confirmation.
- We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
